Job Summary: As a private strings teacher you will primarily offer 1 on 1 private violin, viola, or cello lessons, and work with our amazing staff to foster a fun environment for students to discover their passion for music! You will be free to focus on developing your students individually while we advertise and support your studio’s growth. Duties and Responsibilities Teach music to students of all ability levels in a way that makes them excited to learn! Communicate effectively with your students and their parents about their progress and needs to help them grow as musicians. Work with our staff and community of musicians to build a lesson experience that goes beyond the practice room! Use our online scheduler to track student attendance, assign practice, and keep track of your students’ progress. Use provided payroll and human resource information system completing weekly timesheets and performing required training and compliance tasks.
