Helston Community College, part of Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our highly regarded Special Needs team as a Teaching Assistant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide tailored support to meet the individual learning needs of students;
• Assist with the educational, social, and physical needs of assigned students;
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance student progress;
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  What we’re looking for:
  · A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development;
  · Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEND setting;
  · A flexible, proactive team player with excellent communication skills;
  · Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training.
