What you’d do as the Hospice Nurse - RN Weekend Package: This is a full-time role that takes call every Friday at 4:30PM until Monday at 8:00AM. Some scheduled visits may also be assigned. Support patients and families in the time of their greatest need and respond to emergent needs on weekends, evenings and overnight. Assist the caregivers and patients, provide meds available and offer teaching to ensure comfort for pain, breathlessness, dying/transitioning or support at the time of death with compassion, integrity, respect, and dignity in all our interactions.
