Perform emergency and elective procedures, including: Tracheostomies Repair and management of penetrating neck injuries Surgical management of facial trauma Provide comprehensive peri‑operative care and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, and critical care teams in multidisciplinary settings. Lead emergency response teams for ENT trauma cases. Educate patients and families on treatment options and recovery plans. Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
