SoulCycle offers both part-time and full-time opportunities for qualified instructors. This position will report to the regional Talent Manager. The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. Role Expectations: Teach a high energy SoulCycle class from the bike, modeling form and pace to create a SoulCycle brand experience while delivering an engaging, safe, and inclusive rider experience. Build and sustain relationships with riders and colleagues, acting as a brand ambassador both inside and outside the studio, including online presence Be professional and respectful; Arrive at least 20 minutes before class start time and end class on time, communicate promptly and professionally Actively participate in development, feedback & continuing education opportunities.
