As an Advanced teaching assistant at GCS, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our scholars, with a primary focus on teaching and enriching the learning experiences of our students. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging and effective instructional content that aligns with the school's curriculum and educational standards. Classroom Management: Foster a safe and positive learning environment by implementing classroom management strategies that support scholars' academic and social development. Student Support: Provide individual and group support to address the diverse academic needs of students, adapting teaching methods as necessary to ensure all students have the opportunity to succeed. Assessment and Feedback: Use formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback, helping scholars set and achieve their learning goals.
