Dermalogica is looking to recruit a training specialist to champion education that empowers therapists, fosters strong relationships with PST accounts, and supports sales growth. This role combines the expertise of a Training Specialist with delivery of exceptional in-person and in-store training through immersive education.
As a Dermalogica educator, you are an authentic company representative that delivers branded education in a variety of situations and to different audiences. Responsible for encompassing the brand code, you educate and inspire professional skin therapists and empower consumers. You demonstrate a personalized educational approach to all interactions you have. By show casing your advanced skin and product knowledge, expert skin therapy skills and brand enthusiasm, you positively contribute to Dermalogica’s success.
