Trillium Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative, mission-driven team. Reporting to the Director, Advanced Practice Providers and working under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, you’ll provide high-quality primary and/or specialty care to a diverse patient population. Your role will include direct patient care, health education, and active participation in our interdisciplinary team.
