Descrição do emprego Objetivo: Garantir a manutenção do Programa de Seguros Accor, promovendo a adesão às apólices e políticas do grupo, mitigando riscos operacionais, reputacionais e de responsabilidade civil, gerenciando os KPIs de sinistralidade e assegurando a conformidade com as cláusulas contratuais, por meio do relacionamento com Hotéis, Investidores, Asset Managers, Brokers, Seguradoras, Escritórios e a Equipe de Seguros Accor, além das demais áreas de negócio. Principais Atividades: Promover e implementar as apólices de seguro nos hotéis e com os proprietários da região, em conformidade com a política global Accor, leis e regulamentos locais, atendendo às exigências mínimas constantes no contrato de administração, franquia, SCP e outros. Identificar os hotéis não conformes com às exigências de cobertura e limites, trabalhando junto aos investidores para corrigir eventuais irregularidades ou não conformidades com as regras mínimas de seguro estabelecidas. Implementar o Programa de Seguros Accor para os hotéis e as sedes, em alinhamento com os corretores / seguradoras da região, prestando informações, acompanhando a tramitação de documentos e pagamentos, e garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma de renovação das apólices. Atuar como interface com a equipe global de seguros Accor, assegurando a manutenção e a difusão do Programa de Seguros Accor e de suas premissas em toda a região. Manter um bom relacionamento com os Hotéis, Investidores, Brokers, Seguradoras, Escritórios e a Equipe de Seguros Accor, além de interagir com as demais áreas de negócio, com foco em excelência no atendimento e ampliação da adesão ao programa de seguros Accor na região. Negociar, implementar e/ou renovar as apólices locais, em conformidade com a política global Accor e com as normas e leis locais. Gerenciar os sinistros, acionando a corretora e acompanhando todo o processo de investigação e pagamento. Apoiar a Due diligence de seguros em processos de M&A.
