Summary This administrative position is responsible for assisting the documentation team with data entry projects, compliance paperwork (receiving and processing), contacting physicians’ offices regarding patient paperwork, and leadership of the documentation division. Confirming compliance of all paperwork is complete and accurate – repeat follow up if not complete or accurate.   25% Responsible for owning customer satisfaction and managing relationships through excellent customer service techniques during phone conversations (inbound/outbound).   25% Education of external resources regarding: Educating physician’s office on urgency and necessity of completed and returned paperwork.
