Position Summary: The Goal Management Specialist will support the Automation & Maintenance Department in implementing and maintaining effective KPI and aligned with company strategy. This role bridges strategic planning and technical execution by ensuring that automation projects and departmental objectives are clearly defined, measurable, and consistently tracked. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of technical project environments and strong coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain KPI frameworks tailored for the Automation Department. Collaborate with team leaders to define and align goals with organizational strategy. Track and report goal progress on a regular basis; proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities. Standardize departmental reporting processes and implement dashboards or other digital tracking tools. Facilitate goal-setting workshops and performance review sessions within the department. Work closely with department leadership to support quarterly and annual strategic reviews. Ensure data-driven decision-making by compiling and analyzing performance metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Automation, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in goal/strategy management, performance tracking, or project coordination. Solid understanding of KPI methodologies. Comfortable working in technical environments with Engineers and Managers. Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with performance dashboards is a plus. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
