This includes tracking and managing of assets through all lifecycle stages: shipment, installation, operation, maintenance, reassignment and retirement. Create and update customer records (names, shipping and billing addresses) ensuring consistency in data formats and naming conventions Maintain documents and guides related to the creation and maintenance of customers and asset records. Prepare reports detailing the status and history of asset and customer records and provide accurate data for informed evaluation and action by the Data teams.
