The ideal engineer will not just lead a team, but will be a hands-on, and shall have 5+ years ITE server power supply design experiences, cover PFC, flyback, LLC, phase shift, power sharing, OringFET applications in mass production with records. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist product managers as needed in product design and development.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop high power/efficiency power conversion products (1Φ&3Φ AC-DC / DC-DC). Perform topology selection, simulation, and optimization (PFC, LLC, synchronous rectification, etc.). Conduct circuit validation, efficiency testing, safety compliance, and failure analysis. Collaborate with PM, layout, firmware, and production teams to ensure design quality and schedule. Research and evaluate new technologies (SiC / GaN, digital control, thermal design). Prepare design documents, test reports, and FAR. Support mass production, provide technical support and issue debugging. Qualifications: Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. Experience in power supply design (AC-DC, DC-DC, PFC, LLC, or related topologies). Proficient with test instruments such as oscilloscope, power analyzer, electronic load, and LCR meter. Experience in magnetic component design or validation is a plus. Familiar with power semiconductor applications (MOSFET, SiC, GaN) and driver circuits. Knowledge of PCB layout, EMI/EMC design, and safety regulations preferred.
