ITAD JUNIOR BUYER

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ITAD Junior Buyer to join our procurement team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology—especially Apple products—and an interest in IT asset disposition (ITAD). The Junior Buyer will support sourcing, pricing, and purchasing of used IT equipment, with a strong focus on MacBooks, iPads, iMacs, and similar devices. Working closely with vendors, internal teams, and senior buyers, this role plays a key part in evaluating quote requests, managing bulk procurement deals, and maintaining accurate purchasing data. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing used IT equipment, with a focus on Apple products (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, etc.)
• Evaluate incoming quote requests and prepare competitive offers in a timely manner
• Work closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to manage buybacks and bulk procurement deals
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends to determine appropriate pricing and inventory levels
• Track and manage open offers, purchase orders, and incoming shipments
• Support Senior Buyers in deal negotiations and follow-up
• Help maintain the accuracy of internal purchasing tools and databases
• Collaborate with processing, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth handoff and product readiness
• Contribute to monthly reporting and key performance tracking (e.g. cost per unit, margin, deal velocity)
