• We are seeking a proactive and motivated B2B Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting businesses to generate interest in our products or services and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Introduce and promote our products/services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess client needs.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate calendar management.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and track progress using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed set targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting (B2B preferred).
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
