In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and new business submissions across AU/NZ commercial clients, while providing key support to Brokers and Account Managers.With a strong focus on accuracy and timely delivery, you will assist in preparing quotes, submissions, and insurer presentations, as well as reviewing policy documentation to ensure coverage aligns with client needs. You will play a vital role in maintaining smooth communication between brokers, insurers, and other stakeholders, helping ensure high-quality service and efficient placement outcomes.
