The Director of Spa provides leadership to all employees within the Spa Department. The Spa Director provides cutting-edge advice and makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa and hotel spa members with regards to treatments and fitness programs. Creating, developing and implementing of Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, Spa Budget, demonstrating effective retail management, supervises and manages personnel such as manager, supervisor, receptionists, therapists, attendants, fitness instructors, wellness practitioners.
