  • Manage, motivate, and support project and programme teams to achieve delivery against plans.
  • Coach stakeholders to adopt the behaviours and tools which will allow them to succeed throughout the transformation cycle.
  • Manage, coach and develop direct reports within your team.
  • Identify issues and ideas which improve the way we work through workshops, intelligence gathering, interviews etc.

  • Work closely with Change Management Teams to drive the development and execution of programme wide communication strategies and plans.
  • Provide concise and forward-looking visibility/reporting.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Brilliant people and line management capabilities.
  • Extensive experience across project/programme management within established organisations.
  • Demonstrable history of delivering complex programmes successfully.

  • High level of stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
