These preschools cater to both the expatriate and local markets, part of a larger established education body dedicated to providing best-in-class curriculum and services. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education, ideally holding a bachelor’s degree. You should have a proven track record as a leader, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. With strategic support from leaders experienced in developing and launching exceptional curriculum, you will be instrumental in leading and growing the brand across its cluster of centres. You will oversee the comprehensive transformation process, guide curriculum development and implementation, ensure seamless operations and administration, and rigorously maintain ECDA compliance across all assigned preschools. Your pivotal role also includes championing an innovative curriculum that prioritizes outdoor and child-centered learning throughout the cluster. As a strategic leader, you will build and nurture high-level relationships with parents, key stakeholders, and individual centre principals, fostering a unified vision and consistent high standards.
