This role interprets regulations, develops and maintains compliance frameworks, creates policies, procedures, manages risk, and partners with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into all relevant processes.   Key Responsibilities Regulatory Interpretation:Interpret prevailing wage, start of construction and domestic content laws (e.g., Davis-Bacon, IRS classification) and translate them into actionable company policies and procedures. Compliance Frameworks:Develop, implement, and maintain the compliance strategy and governance playbook for prevailing wage and tax requirements. Risk Management:Design and manage Notice & Action Plan (NAP) frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and remediate compliance risks. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with legal, HR, operations, and construction teams to ensure compliance is embedded in contracts and construction practices. Consultant Oversight:Oversee the effectiveness of external consultants and ensure their work aligns with compliance objectives. Audit & Reporting:Lead audit planning and reviews; and drive executive reporting and risk analysis related to compliance. Documentation:Create and maintain compliance documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).   Skills Deep understanding of prevailing wage law, tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
