At Innovative Trials, we’re not just leading the way in patient recruitment solutions —we’re revolutionising the entire patient journey. As an award-winning leader in patient recruitment, we’ve built our success on a simple, powerful belief: our people are everything. We call them our heroes, and without their passion, drive, and unwavering commitment, we wouldn’t be where we are today.
We’re growing again, and we’re on the hunt for a new hero to join our team as a Senior Patient Recruitment Associate. This isn’t just another job; it’s a chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients and the future of healthcare.

You will lead the day-to-day management of patient recruitment for smaller studies or sections of larger ones. This includes overseeing our global contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. The role involves data analysis to identify recruitment trends and a strong focus on project delivery and quality.
KEY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES/EDUCATION:
Study Start Up: Manage Study Start Up by overseeing CEM training and communication, developing and leading client kickoff meetings, creating study-specific documentation, and performing initial risk analysis.
Study Delivery and Budget Management: Manage small studies, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery, by monitoring finances and recruitment KPIs, resolving team actions, and providing strategic recommendations with support from senior management.
Study Close Out: Lead the development of study metrics and data analysis to assess the study’s impact, and oversee the final report and discussions on future recommendations.
