Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, managing CRM activities, forecasting, and implementing best practices to increase sales efficiency. Follow guidelines set by corporate management and ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety policies. Promote continuous improvement and environmental stewardship by driving company-defined actions and proposing new initiatives within your area of responsibility. Uphold the Syntegon Telstar Group’s compliance culture by being familiar with and complying with the regulations applicable to the role. .Key Responsibilities: Build cross-functional execution plans with sales, product, marketing and finance Support the creation of financial models, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasts for strategic initiatives. Mentor/jointly manage delivery teams or business development reps. Implement common internal sales journey process for the whole sales organization. Standardize sales KPIs and metrics across the global sales and business organization. Deploy new standards, KPIs and procedures among the sales organization globally. Support monthly closing reporting for sales activities. Support the preparation of yearly commercial plan and budget activities. Follow up commercial plan execution and specific strategies execution. Sales Process Optimization: Analyse, document, and streamline sales processes (SOPs) from lead creation to account management. Support PMO (Project management Office) in the initiatives related to strategic plan. Support Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Support Syntegon strategy in the Life Cycle Partner promise.
