As HR Operations Officer, you will be part of a team delivering an excellent HR service to the UK and Ireland cluster. Within this role you will act as the first port of call to employees for all HR related queries ensuring the needs of our people are being met. You'll act as the first point of contact for HR administration queries, delivering accurate, timely support while building strong stakeholder and customer relationships. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and visa administration) while maintaining compliant and well-organised employee records. You'll ensure high attention to detail in payroll data input, benefits administration, HR database updates, and employee file management. You'll generate HR reports and metrics (e.g., absence) and continuously optimise processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. You'll support HR Business Partners, advise managers and employees on policies, and align priorities across stakeholders while communicating clearly and effectively.
