The Lead Medical Assistant (Lead MA) at Frontier Direct Care (FDC) is a key clinical and operational leader responsible for managing Medical Assistants (MAs) and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a single clinic. This role combines hands-on patient care with people leadership, workflow ownership, and operational excellence. The Lead MA is accountable for MA performance, clinic efficiency, and execution of high-quality, patient-centered care. This individual partners closely with the Medical Director to ensure safe clinical operations, appropriate escalation of patient needs, and a consistently exceptional member experience.
