• Create and manage the Runbook execution, aligned with the overall migration strategy and planning
• Coordinate environment setup, configuration, and test execution across teams
• Lead multiple migration dry run cycles, including dress rehearsals and go-live execution
• Secure sign-offs for each migration phase to ensure a smooth transition to production
• Provide timely reporting and updates to stakeholders and management
