Experiencia en: Recepción, selección y manejo de frutas y materias primas para procesos de frutas. Inspección visual y sensorial para detectar daños, madurez, contaminación u otros defectos. Trabajo en ambientes productivos con enfoque en calidad, inocuidad y seguridad industrial. Conocimientos técnicos: Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) e inocuidad alimentaria. Criterios de selección y clasificación de fruta por tamaño, madurez y condiciones de calidad. Manejo e identificación de controles de calidad: rechazo de lotes, trazabilidad y registros. Procedimientos de limpieza e higiene de áreas y equipos en procesamiento de fruta. Uso correcto de equipo de protección personal (EPP) y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad en planta. Actividades: Recibir y verificar materia prima: revisar documentación, condiciones físicas y temperatura de las frutas. Clasificar y seleccionar frutas según especificaciones de calidad y rechazo de material no conforme. Realizar inspecciones sensoriales y muestreos para controles de calidad e inocuidad. Registrar resultados de inspección y controlar trazabilidad de lotes en formatos y sistemas establecidos. Preparar y entregar fruta aprobada al área de proceso respetando tiempos y condiciones de manipulación. Mantener orden, limpieza y condiciones de higiene en el área de recepción y selección. Reportar desviaciones, defectos o incidencias al o la supervisor/a y colaborar en la solución. Participar en actividades de mejora continua e inspecciones internas relacionadas con calidad de fruta. Competencias: Orientación a la calidad y atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar a ritmo de planta y tomar decisiones rápidas en piso. Organización y responsabilidad en el registro de información. Trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva con áreas de calidad, logística y producción. Proactividad y disposición para aprender y seguir procedimientos. Escolaridad: Bachillerato general, Carrera Técnica o estudios afines. Se valorará formación en alimentos o procesos. Requisitos adicionales: Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos y en horario de planta. Experiencia en selección o manejo de fruta en procesos alimentarios será valorada.
