As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR department with a variety of tasks, providing support in recruitment, employees relations, benefit administration, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting initial phone screenings.
• Employee Onboarding: Help organize and coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes
• Employees Records Management: assist in maintaining accurate employees’ files and records
• HR Projects: contribute to HR projects such as employee’s engagement, training and development initiatives.
• General Administrative Support: handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing documents, answering HR related inquiries
