Marble is a full-service family and immigration law firm founded on the principle that client success begins with well-resourced attorneys.
In this role, you will work with Marble as a co-counsel attorney on Marble client cases. Marble assumes all financial risk associated with client payments and handles the time-consuming administrative aspects of legal care while you focus on practicing law.
Marble handles marketing, client sourcing, and vetting, all at no cost to you. When you co-counsel with us, you’ll gain access to a proprietary tech platform that allows you to schedule calls and meetings, collect and draft documents, handle and delegate tasks, manage deadlines, and more. You’re also supported by an administrative team who can communicate updates to clients while you’re busy on other cases or in court. And we handle every aspect of the billing process, so you never have to worry about chasing down client payments.
Our flexible, virtual model means you can control your caseload and work from anywhere. Plus, every attorney who co-counsels with us has optional access to mentorship from a state Managing Attorney, who can provide guidance and encourage faster growth.

IDEAL CO-COUNSEL

We’re looking for a highly organized and driven attorney who thrives in a flexible, supportive environment. The ideal candidate:

• Is a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
• Has 3+ years of experience practicing law (co-counsel average is 15 years of experience, the more the better!) .
• Is comfortable juggling multiple cases at once.
• Has familiarity with limited-scope representation (preferred).
• Is driven, self-sufficient, and eager to grow their practice.

• Taking on cases as co-counsel with Marble, offering your legal services to clients while we handle the vetting, marketing, admin, and billing.
• Managing multiple cases efficiently, utilizing Marble’s top-tier support team.
• Communicating with clients, providing legal advice.
• Mediation, when applicable.
• Representing clients in court if you choose to take on appearances.
• Collaborating with your Engagement Manager and Paralegal to ensure your cases run smoothly.
• Connecting with your state Managing Attorney as a resource for mentorship and guidance.
