Role Summary The Tender Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of government and institutional tenders in KSA, ensuring timely, accurate, and fully compliant submission of bids through national procurement platforms such as NUPCO and Etimad. This role is positioned as a customer support and pre-sales function, focused on execution excellence, governance, and cross-functional coordination. The Tender Manager plays a critical role in protecting revenue, compliance, and customer confidence.
