Collaborative team player that works well with others and can provide technical leadership within a cross-functional team to help drive projects to completion. Must work Onsite at our Arbor Lakes, MN location. Experience in designing complex medical devices with commercialization experience through phase-gate processes. Strong leadership traits include independent thinking, self-motivation, strong communication skills, comfort with calculated risk-taking, and the ability to guide team members and mentor junior engineers/technicians. Demonstrated hands-on mechanical design expertise, preferably with single-use vascular devices and catheter development. Strong statistical analysis skills, with proficiency in tools such as Minitab.
