This senior leadership role is ideal for an experienced land surveying, geomatics, or geospatial services leader with a strong background in practice management, client development, and team leadership, who is motivated to drive growth and influence firmwide strategy. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director will oversee the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the Land Survey + Data Solutions group. You will collaborate with firm leadership and market teams to expand surveying and geospatial services, strengthen market presence, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, client-focused land surveying, mapping, and geospatial data solutions. Secure work from existing and new clients in support of the annual business plan and strategic initiatives. Build and sustain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue market opportunities while representing Fisher through industry leadership and engagement. Ensure successful project delivery through accountable Project Managers, with oversight of budgets, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction.
