JOB SUMMARY:

Due to business expansion we are looking for a Field Based Territory Sales Manager covering South Wales territory on a permanent basis. The territory is a multisegmented one including Academia, Clinical and Biotech accounts.
We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong track record of selling and a determined approach to network through large, complex organisations with the aim of growing and retaining existing and new relationships.
Selling laboratory consumables, chemicals and equipment, so Account Management and Business Development skills will be essential to succeed in this role. You will immerse yourself into the world of Biotech and Pharma.

· Overseeing a portfolio of customers across a wide range of industries, a key component of success will be close coordination and collaboration with a team of product specialists leading these product segments to generates sales within your accounts to hit sales targets.
· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders within the business but also within various department of the customers you are working with.
· Collaborate and work effectively as a team to ensure you maximise all opportunities that present themselves. Using your colleagues’ specialist product and technical skills will allow you to distinguish yourself and your products from the competition.
· Support your colleagues with any sales of these key consumables’ products within their accounts, requiring collaboration and team spirit to ensure you work closely together so being a strong team player is key.
· Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to provide a high level of support and service to existing accounts.
