Bachelor's degree required (Business, Education, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or related field preferred). 3-5 years of experience in digital enablement, training, change management, or commercial systems support. Demonstrated experience building training and enablement content for digital technologies supporting field sales or commercial organizations. Strong understanding of digital systems, technical concepts, and process change, with the ability to translate complexity into simple, user-friendly guidance. Working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Quick learner, capable of rapidly acquiring knowledge to address gaps. Willingness to travel as needed (up to 15%). Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) strongly preferred. Experience with other commercial platforms such as CPQ, SAP, eCommerce, analytics tools, or digital adoption platforms is a strong plus. Experience supporting digital change initiatives in MedTech, Life Sciences, or a regulated commercial environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
