Keep HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers updated, effectively interacting with all levels of employees, answering questions, and providing information. Troubleshot problems that arise in connection with the recruiting and hiring process. Coordinate and manage staffing project requirements with supervisors and managers. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring. May work with outside agencies and vendors as needed. Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes and procedures. Promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System. Ensure awareness and promote a work environment that supports EHS and Energy Policies as relevant to the position.
