Facilitates and assures top quality communication among patients, doctors, and employees. Maintains deadlines, prioritizes company assignments, and maintains professional composure under pressure and dynamic conditions. Leads conflict resolution and maintains a constructive working relationship with employees at all levels of the organization. Fosters a workplace consistent with the values and vision of the company. Investigates and corrects customer service issues or complaints. Responsible for ensuring orders, images and reports are processed in a timely manner meeting the customer expectations. May be required to backfill for Intake Specialists as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: Develop and maintain an effective department through the training, motivation, and review of Intake personnel. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving them. Implement departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Supervise the intake department to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors, or problems. Review records and reports pertaining to activities such as production, in order to verify details, monitor work activities, and evaluate performance.
