Your determination to deliver quality and accuracy will improve health outcomes that people and communities depend on – now and in the future.
The Strategic Proposals Development team supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Evidera business is currently expanding and looking to hire:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL EXPECTATIONS:

  • Understands the proposal, drug development and commercialization process.
  • Effective project manager with strong attention to detail that can consistently deliver quality, on-time proposals while balancing multiple projects/priorities.
  • Strong writer and editor with ability to develop compelling visuals (for both text and slide deliverables).
  • Creative, critical and strategic thinker to proficiently translate and distill complex technical information into proposals that are easily understood and well-received by clients.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to adapt to rapid pace of proposal development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with and develop positive long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in HEOR
  • 4-6+ years’ relevant experience in at least two of the following:
  • Clinical research industry role with writing responsibilities
  • Proposals in a life sciences or technical field
  • Experience in a commercial setting
  • Scientific writing Experience
