Customer engagement & partnerships ● Build and sustain meaningful relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinical stakeholders, and procurement influencers. ● Champion the development of customized value-based and bundled solutions tailored to customer needs. Sales operations & CRM utilization ● Ensure full adoption of Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking. ● Leverage CRM data to optimize resource deployment and performance monitoring. ● Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role, ideally within the healthcare or MedTech industry. ● Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field. ● Fluency in Italian and English. ● Proven track record in leading high-performance teams in a matrixed and fast-paced environment. ● Experience in the field of Neuromodulation, Pain Therapy, Neurosurgery ● Deep understanding of capital equipment and consumable sales models. ● Familiarity with the hospital procurement landscape and reimbursement frameworks. ● Promote a strong culture of quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance across all activities.
