Responsabilités clés Comprendre les besoins et attentes des comptes et développer constamment des stratégies de compte détaillées. Concevoir et exécuter des stratégies et des activités de vente pour les comptes concernés, conformément aux plans de compte et en conformité avec les objectifs nationaux et régionaux. Développer la carte des parties prenantes, définir les points de contact et le plan d'action pour chacun d'eux et s'assurer que les informations sur les comptes sont mises à jour en temps dans le CRM. Établir et maintenir des relations avec les parties prenantes économiques, les KOL et engager les décideurs pour discuter des programmes et solutions commerciaux/cliniques. Gestion des dispositifs : surveiller les niveaux de stock, initier la logistique, c'est-à-dire les expéditions et le suivi des mouvements des produits. Surveiller les niveaux et les dates d'expiration des produits sur le terrain. Coordonner la communication entre les clients internes et externes pour faciliter la gestion des matériaux. Sur la base des interactions avec les KOL, les parties prenantes cliniques et économiques et le support clinique, recueillir des informations sur les prochains appels d'offres et les opportunités de négociation. Planifier et préparer les appels d'offres/propositions en fonction de la situation et de la compréhension du compte. Participer aux négociations, le cas échéant, et, en collaboration avec le service des Appels d'Offres, préparer les documents administratifs et les informations demandées par le client. Effectuer des mises à jour périodiques via Sales Force et des réunions QBR avec les RSM. Enregistrer les informations et les activités des clients dans le système CRM de l'entreprise : utiliser le système comme un outil d'alignement avec les autres rôles commerciaux.
