Sus responsabilidades incluyen: Supervisar el funcionamiento adecuado y la apariencia óptima de los equipos de producción. Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo necesario para que el equipo esté siempre en condiciones operativas adecuadas y de manera oportuna. Realice el mantenimiento correctivo de manera oportuna. Brindar soporte técnico a los operadores del área. Siga los procedimientos establecidos del Sistema de Calidad, que incluyen, entre otros: capacitación, auditorías reglamentarias, documentación de actividades de mantenimiento, etc. Siga las instrucciones y procedimientos establecidos para realizar el mantenimiento. Utilice y fomente el uso del equipo de seguridad necesario. Seguimiento de la documentación de horas no productivas por mal funcionamiento de los equipos. Brindar soporte al proceso de mejora continua de los procedimientos de Mantenimiento. Aplique el análisis de causa raíz a las horas no productivas debido al mal funcionamiento del equipo y la documentación adecuada que respalde el proceso de mejora continua. Apoyar las actividades de ingeniería relacionadas con las transferencias de productos / procesos entre las instalaciones de BSCI. Brindar soporte en aspectos relacionados con la instalación, validación y operación de equipos y / o procesos productivos. Supervisar el estado físico del equipo (pintura, tuercas y tornillos, etc.). Asegure el uso correcto del equipo del área por parte de los operadores. Genere listas de piezas críticas necesarias para cada equipo. Promover y / o apoyar iniciativas de reducción de desperdicios o repuestos para optimizar su uso. Perseguir y / o participar en posibles mejoras o cambios para mejorar el uso del equipo.
