Review and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance. Prepare procurement reports including price comparisons, cost analysis, and supplier performance. Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and quality standards. Support vendor evaluation and participate in supplier audits when necessary. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and filing of all procurement-related transactions. Collaborate with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth purchasing processes.
