Reporting to the Group Maintenance Manager and working closely with the General Manager, you’ll look after the day-to-day operations of the grounds and maintenance at Pumphouse Point and Derwent Bridge Hotel. You’ll be self-motivated and able to work autonomously. This is a very hands-on role, working in a small team with one Handyperson, you’ll uphold high standards in property and facility upkeep, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks its best. This is a live-in role, with staff accommodation offered free of charge. Personal transport is a must for living remote!

A level of fitness is required to meet the physical demands of this role, as are a resilient and can-do attitude. We are seeking an experienced full-time Maintenance Supervisor to commit and make a long-term impact. On a daily basis you’ll:

• Lead your team and participate in daily grounds and maintenance tasks.
• Incidental maintenance repairs in rooms, grounds, amenities and other facilities.
• Assist with building projects, major repairs, renovations, mechanical repairs - painting, basic plumbing or replacing hardware.
