Ta mission : structurer et accélérer la circularité chez Acorus Tu participes à la définition et au déploiement de notre vision de la rénovation durable, en cohérence avec notre rapport de durabilité et nos engagements RSE. À ce titre, tu : Définis et pilotes la stratégie de circularité du groupe Acorus, en lien étroit avec les équipes opérationnelles. Accompagnes nos opérationnels dans la gestion des déchets, le recyclage, le réemploi et l’optimisation des ressources sur les chantiers. Pilotes notre partenariat historique avec Cycle Up : consolidation des gisements (notamment équipements sanitaires), structuration des flux et développement d’offres intégrant le réemploi pour nos clients. Structures des filières locales de réemploi et de valorisation, en bâtissant un écosystème de partenaires fiables, durables et opérationnels. Développes des offres différenciantes pour nos clients, autour de la sobriété des ressources : réduction des consommations d’eau, réparation plutôt que remplacement, solutions circulaires clés en main… Collabores étroitement avec les achats, les bureaux d’études et les équipes travaux pour intégrer l’économie circulaire dans les réponses aux appels d’offres et dans les opérations. Représentes Acorus au sein des réseaux et écosystèmes de la construction durable. Contribues aux projets transverses de la Direction Développement Durable, notamment le reporting extra-financier. Ton profil 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans l’économie circulaire, le réemploi ou la gestion des ressources, idéalement appliqués au bâtiment. Excellente connaissance des filières de réemploi, de recyclage et des cadres réglementaires (REP, diagnostic PEMD, etc.). Solide culture du bâtiment et des chantiers ; une expérience opérationnelle est un vrai plus. Capacité à piloter des projets multi-acteurs, à structurer des partenariats et à embarquer des équipes.
