Job Description About the role We’re looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to take ownership of our financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems and to play a key role in the rollout of a new company-wide ERP system. You’ll act as the link between Financial Planning, Accounting, IT, and other business teams, serving as the go-to expert for system administration, process improvements, and automation that make financial data faster, cleaner, and more valuable to our business. The position will be in Europe and reports to the Senior Director, Financial Planning. What you'll do In this role, you will champion our financial planning, consolidation, and reporting systems, keeping them running at peak performance while ensuring complete and accurate monthly data. Your expertise will support critical processes such as intercompany rebilling, forecasting, and cash flow budgeting, while your technical skills will help you build and optimize rules, scripts, and reports. Above all, you’ll be a driving force for automation and continuous improvement, creating smarter, faster, and more user-friendly financial tools for our Global Publishing organization. Key responsibilities Serve as champion and administrator for financial planning, consolidation, and reporting tools. Build, optimize, and troubleshoot load rules, business rules, and calculation scripts Continuously and proactively improve financial systems related to operational budget, forecast and financial reporting tools. Manage system implementations and updates. Provide training, process documentation and support for system functionality.
