You'll be responsible for supervising and assisting with the U.S. and Canadian income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax audits. This role will support the Head of Tax-North America and other members of the U.S. and Global Corporate Tax Departments. Sound intriguing? Read on. Prepare Section 163(j) Limitation calculation and Form 8990, BEAT calculation and Form 8991 Oversee and assist with the preparation of State Income Tax Returns. Assist with the preparation of the U.S Federal, State, and Canadian quarterly income tax provisions and prepare the annual return-to-provision calculation. Manage the Canadian income tax compliance in a co-sourcing arrangement Consult with the Global Tax Department, Global Tax Reporting, Accounting, Treasury, Payroll, Legal and Shared Services Center to collect and furnish information.
