Lorber Co-Op Branch Operations Associate Program is a structured, hands-on learning experience designed for students interested in wholesale distribution, supply chain, operations, sales, or business leadership. As a fourth-generation, family-owned wholesale distributor serving the plumbing, hydronic, HVAC, and industrial markets for over 105 years, J. Lorber Company provides students exposure to the operational, financial, and customer service components of the supply chain. This program is designed to develop foundational skills in: Inventory management Warehouse operations ERP and warehouse management systems Customer service processes Distribution logistics Operational efficiency and continuous improvement Participants gain real-world experience while contributing meaningfully to branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Co-Op Store Associate supports daily branch operations while participating in a structured development program. Under the guidance of the Store Manager and Operations leadership, the student will assist with inventory handling, order fulfillment, warehouse processes, and customer support functions. The role provides exposure to both operational execution and the business drivers behind branch performance.
