Job Description Experienced cost management professional with minimum 12 years in the construction industry, including minimum of 5 years in Dubai or the Middle East. Ideally involved mainly in Pre-Contract roles, having managed high-profile landmark projects and has led teams of larger than 6. Experience in a range of asset types, ideally High-End Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects. Experience in leading projects with large CAPEX values exceeding US$ 200 million. Ability to take ownership and lead work under minimal direction on all stages of pre-contract phase, for measurement, feasibility studies, cost estimation, value engineering, market testing. Ability to provide advisory on procurement strategies, tender analysis, contractor selection.
