IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL

This role strengthens the link between efficient process management and data-driven argumentation. The main focus lies on the analysis and documentation of existing processes, the identification of optimization opportunities, as well as the development and implementation of automations. In addition, the preparation of data and the creation of presentations and reports contribute to transparent communication of results. In this way, you directly support strategic alignment, process optimization, and improved internal decision-making

• reation and visualization of business data and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support internal decision-making processes.A
• nalysis, documentation, and optimization of existing processes with SAP Signavio; modeling of target processes as a basis for automation.D
• evelopment, implementation, as well as testing and optimization of automated workflows (including Microsoft Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation).S
• upport in quality management, reporting, and data analysis.E
• xecution of invoice verification and contribution to cost optimization initiatives.C
• lose collaboration with business units to gather requirements and align solutions.
