As the Architecture Analyst - Windows Imaging, you will be functioning as an imaging, Autopilot and Intune specialist. The Architecture Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise endpoint imaging and management solutions that are secure, scalable, and efficient. This includes leading efforts around Windows Autopilot provisioning, troubleshooting deployment issues, and enhancing device performance through automation and policy enforcement Primary Responsibilities: Endpoint Imaging: Architect and maintain enterprise-wide Windows imaging solutions using MECM and Autopilot Desktop Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows desktop environments Troubleshooting: Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve desktop-related issues efficiently Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline desktop management tasks Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of desktop configurations, processes, and procedures Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support of desktop systems. Provide expert-level support to technical partners Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
