Here, you will work with our Multi-specialty Medicine team. This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. Our new UChicago Medicine Hinsdale location at 11 Salt Creek Lane builds upon the services offered at our previous outpatient center at 12 Salt Creek Lane. This state-of-the-art facility provides comprehensive multispecialty care for adults, including urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery, gynecology, gastroenterology, ENT, transplant, neurology, and other services. We also offer specialized care for children and adolescents, including on-site services in gynecology, gastroenterology, neurology, dermatology, and cardiology. The Patient Coordinator serves as first point of contact for patients and providers to coordinate services with UCM medical professionals, ancillary services, BSD and hospital staff. They provide administrative support and customer service to facilitate efficient workflows for patients to access service across the network. Additionally, they give guidance to patients through an evaluation process, work with various departments to ensure patients complete their itineraries, revise and communicate itinerary changes as required.
