The Office Services Coordinator Position in Williams County is a 40-hour, 5-day per week position that will provide primary support for all program areas in the Williams County Extension Office.
This position will be the primary point of contact for any OSU Extension clientele that calls or visits the Williams County Extension Office. The selected candidate will answer phone calls, process mail, receive and disperse funds, open/close the office, and appropriately handle all walk-ins. This position will also coordinate e-mail/web/phone requests and questions by distributing them to appropriate staff. This position will research, resolve, and convey information on common client requests related to all Extension program areas.
This position will also plan and coordinate arrangements for events, process data, archive program data, track program budgets with the assistance of the Williams County Fiscal Steward; utilize all Microsoft Office applications and or other software to develop print and digital media including brochures, newsletters, handouts, webpages, social media, and event programs; maintain inventories of all publications housed for re-sale; utilize OSU’s Workday software to process purchase requests, travel support, and other internal requests in support of the Williams County Extension Office and in line with OSU policy; assist with maintaining the county website and blog sites as used in Williams County; utilize current online registration software i.e.: Qualtrics, Nelnet, C-Vent, and 4-H Online as well as learn how to use any future registration software that may be used; serve as part of the county stewardship team; maintain all office records in accordance with OSU policy; and hold primary responsibility for all office financials while following OSU financial policies.
Across all work duties, this position will require a high-level of customer service and team collaboration with a positive attitude, professionalism, and clear communication. This position will also require support for any general office duties that may be assigned but not listed above.
This position will be housed in the Williams County Extension Office in Bryan, OH.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this profile is $15.86 to $20.74/hourly. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
